Easy to change

You always have 14 days regret and changing days from the day you received your order. Provided that the product is not used and returned to us in original conditions. Use your prepaid return shipping label and get free return shipping. Fill in the return note and put it together with the goods you wish to return/exchange.  Please try your products but think about that products with sealing can not be tested. Once you remove the sealing, you can not apply the right of return.  When we recieve your return willl you get a confirmation email. 

Can I return my item and get a refund or exchange for another product? 

Ofcourse you can! At www.Karoszka.com you always have the option to order home your product and try it in peace and quiet.  When you fill in the return note can you tick the options to show us the reason for your return and choose which other product you want. We recommend you to make a new order of the products you want because it is faster.

Complain

Our products go through rigorous quality control before they are posted on the page. It May sometimes happen that a damaged or faulty product is shipped without we paid attention to it and of course you have the right to make a compliant! 

Make a claim as soon as you discover a defect in your products, then we can as soon as possible fix it. It is free shipping to make a complaint, use our return shipping label. 

Describe clearly the damage on the product, then it is easier for us to find the fault in the product. Also fill in if you want a new similar product or if you want another product.  When we recieve your compliant willl you get a confirmation email. 

 

How do I make a change?

It is possible to change your product against another garment, color or size. Fill in the note the reason for your exchange and also fill in which other product you wish. When we recieve your change willl you get a confirmation email. 

If you make your exchange with the returnnote, we do not have a ability to reserve any product. We recommend you to make a new order because it is faster and while your desired products is in stock. Have your desired product runt out of stock, we will contact you!
